Who is Cupcake Kangaroo suitable for?
Our play space is designed for children aged 0-7 years. All children must be supervised by a responsible adult throughout their visit.
Yes — play sessions are available in 1 hour 30-minute time slots, and booking in advance is required.
We run multiple sessions throughout the day:
Late arrival won't extend your session or receive a refund — sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time.
Yes — families are welcome to enjoy café treats and drinks before or after their play session.
The café offers freshly roasted coffee, delicious bakes, and wholesome breakfast, quick lunch and snack options.
No — food and drinks are not allowed upstairs in the soft play area.
Our café is downstairs, where you're welcome to enjoy snacks and drinks before or after your session.
Keeping food and drinks out of the play space helps us maintain a clean, safe environment for all children, especially those with allergies.

When booking online, you have the option to add additional adults to your reservation.
Please note that we cannot guarantee entry for adults who have not been pre-booked. Due to strict capacity limits, additional adults will only be admitted if the session is not fully booked.
We strongly recommend adding all guests at the time of booking to avoid disappointment — especially during busy sessions.

We prioritise the children's experience. Too many adults in the play space can make sessions crowded and less enjoyable for little ones.
For this reason, bookings are limited to a maximum of 2 adults per booking.
In special circumstances, an additional adult may be admitted on the day for a £5 walk-in fee, only if the session is not fully booked and capacity allows. Entry for additional adults is not guaranteed.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the space calm, safe, and enjoyable for all children.
Extra adults are very welcome to relax in our café downstairs, where there is plenty of comfortable seating and great coffee.
Yes — we offer birthday party packages designed for children under 7, including playtime and party food options.
Yes — you can bring your own celebration cake, but no other outside food is permitted.
Party capacities vary by package (e.g., up to 20–30 children). For exact details and pricing, please enquire via email.
A minimum of two adults must attend each party, and each child may be accompanied by one adult in the play area.
Children must wear grippy socks in the play area, remove footwear, and be supervised at all times. Unwell children should not attend.
Play session bookings are non-refundable but can be moved if you notify us at least 48 hours before the session. Party bookings must be rescheduled with at least two weeks' notice.
If we must close for safety reasons or an emergency, you'll be offered a refund or an option to reschedule.
