3. Bookings & Payments
- All play sessions, parties, and events are subject to availability.
- Prices shown on the website are correct at the time of booking but may change in the future.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
- We accept credit and debit cards only. No cash payments are accepted.
- A booking confirmation email will be sent once payment is successful.
4. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes
- All sessions are ticketed events and tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, as permitted for leisure activities booked for a specific date and time, unless Cupcake Kangaroo is forced to close or required to refund under consumer law.
- Bookings can be moved without question if we are notified at least 48 hours (two full days) in advance by email at hello@cupcakekangaroo.co.uk
- If an issue arises within 48 hours of your session, please notify us in writing and we will do our best to move your booking.
- Messages sent within two hours of session start time may not be seen in time.
- Rebooked tickets must be used within 30 days of the original booking date.
- Rebookings must be like-for-like or lower:
- Off-peak tickets cannot be moved to peak sessions without paying the difference.
- Peak tickets moved to off-peak sessions will not receive a refund of the difference.
- All rebooking requests are considered fairly and reasonably.
- Prices may change, and moved bookings will be charged at the rate applicable on the new date.
- We cannot guarantee availability for specific dates or times.
- Party bookings require a minimum of two weeks' notice to move.
5. Late Arrivals & Non-Attendance
- Late arrivals will not receive additional play time or discounts.
- We cannot be held responsible for missed sessions due to illness, accidents, traffic, or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Age Restrictions & Supervision
- Cupcake Kangaroo is designed for children aged 0–7 years.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Children aged 8–15 years must be booked as Adults and are not permitted to use the play equipment.
- Age restrictions are enforced for the safety of all children.
7. Health, Safety & Behaviour
- Please do not bring children who are unwell.
- Socks must be worn in the soft play areas; footwear must be removed.
- No food, drinks, sweets, or chewing gum are allowed inside the play areas.
- Small or sharp items (phones, jewellery, watches, money, pens, etc.) must not be taken into the play equipment.
- Entry is managed via a secure gate system, and all visitors are checked in and out by staff.
- We reserve the right to ask visitors to leave early if rules are not followed or if someone becomes unwell.
8. Personal Belongings
- Personal items remain the responsibility of parents and guardians.
- Cupcake Kangaroo cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
9. Photography
- Photography and videos are permitted; however, please be mindful of other families and their privacy.
- Commercial photography or filming is not permitted without prior written consent.
10. Liability
- Play is undertaken at your own risk.
- Cupcake Kangaroo cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
11. Emergencies
- In the event of an emergency, staff will guide all visitors to evacuate the building safely.
- Adults must not enter the play frames during an evacuation.
- Please follow all staff instructions promptly.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
- Any personal information provided through the website or booking system will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
