Terms & Conditions (The Important Bits!)

We've created Cupcake Kangaroo as a fun, safe and happy place for little ones and their grown-ups. To help everything run smoothly, please take a moment to read the following.

Ages & Supervision

• Our play space is designed for children aged 0-7 years.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Children aged 8-15 years must be booked as Adults and cannot use the play equipment.

Food & Drink

• For everyone's safety and comfort, only food and drinks purchased at Cupcake Kangaroo may be consumed on the premises.
  (Exception: baby food for babies aged 0-6 months.)
• No food, drinks, sweets, or chewing gum are allowed inside the play areas.
• Please keep an eye on hot food and drinks and never leave them unattended.

Payments & Tickets

• We are a card-only venue (credit or debit cards — no cash).
• By purchasing a ticket, you're agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.
• All sessions are ticketed events and tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless we are forced to close.
• Walk-ins may be available depending on capacity — feel free to contact us first to avoid disappointment.
• If you arrive late, we're afraid we can't extend your session time or offer discounts.
• We can't be responsible for missed sessions due to illness, accidents, or traffic.

Changes & Re-bookings

• Plans changed? No problem!
  Bookings can be moved with at least 48 hours' notice by emailing hello@cupcakekangaroo.co.uk
• If something unexpected comes up within 48 hours of your session, let us know in writing and we'll do our best to help.
• Messages sent within two hours of your session start time may not be seen in time.
• Rebooked tickets must be used within 30 days of the original booking.
• Re-bookings are like-for-like or lower:
  • Off-peak tickets can't be moved to peak sessions without paying the difference.
  • Peak tickets moved to off-peak sessions won't receive a refund of the difference.
• Prices may change, and rebooked sessions will be charged at the rate valid on the new date.
• We can't guarantee specific dates or times for re-bookings.
• Party bookings can be moved with at least two weeks' notice via email.
• Please note: emails and contact form messages may be read the next working day.

Play Area Rules

• Socks on, shoes off in the soft play area, please!
• No food, drinks, or gum inside the play frames.
• Small items such as jewellery, watches, phones, money, pens, or sharp objects must stay out of the play equipment.

Health, Safety & Courtesy

• Please don't bring children who are unwell.
• All visitors are checked in and out by our team.
• Age limits are in place for everyone's safety and will be gently enforced by staff.
• You're welcome to take photos, but please be mindful of other families' privacy.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
• Personal belongings remain the responsibility of parents/guardians — we can't accept liability for loss or theft.

Emergencies & Behaviour

• In an emergency, our team will guide everyone out safely.
  Adults should not enter the play frames during evacuation.
• We may ask visitors to leave early if rules aren't followed or if someone becomes unwell.
• Please let a member of staff know immediately if a child is hurt or feels unwell.

Final Note

Cupcake Kangaroo cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries, although this does not affect your statutory rights.
