The membership belongs to the child — so any parent, guardian, or caregiver can bring them along to play. You don't need to be the person who signed up to use it.
Each child needs their own membership. If you have more than one child, you'll need a separate membership per child — get in touch and we can help you find the best option for your family.
We have two tiers to suit different families. The Mini Roo (£29.99/month) suits families who visit regularly across the week. The Tiny Explorers (£44.99/month) is our best-value option for those who love to visit as often as possible, with the most sessions and the most perks.

It depends on your tier:
- Mini Roo — 4 weekday sessions + 1 weekend session
- Tiny Explorers — 8 weekday sessions + 2 weekend sessions
Yes! Every membership tier includes priority booking, so you'll always get first pick of available sessions.
Members can book sessions up to 4 weeks in advance — earlier than standard bookings, so you get first pick of popular slots.
Yes — all members receive a café discount. Mini Roo members get 5% off, and Tiny Explorers members enjoy 10% off. A lovely little bonus while the little ones play!
Please cancel at least 48 hours before your session so another family can take your spot. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of that session credit.

Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice to hello@cupcakekangaroo.co.uk before your next billing date.
Memberships are non-transferable and are linked to the registered child only.
One accompanying adult is included per child. Additional adults are welcome but will need to purchase a standard admission ticket.
The bring-a-friend offer is included with the Tiny Explorers membership. Mini Roo members don't have this perk, but friends are always welcome to book their own tickets!
Yes — both memberships include weekend sessions. Mini Roo members each get 1 weekend session per month, while Tiny Explorers members get 2. Weekday sessions vary by tier.
Yes — all visitors, including members, must wear grippy socks in the soft play area. Please bring a pair along!
